The Western Legends Quilt Show was a huge success!!!
Guild members rounded up their beautiful quilts and they were displayed attractively. Hundreds of people were in awe as they studied the quilts and many commented that the hardest thing they had to do was decide which two to vote on.

This display honors Alana Robinson as the fiber arts artist of the year. The arts council presented the award to Alana and we are all very proud of her.
This display was dedicated to the memory of our dear friend Ellie Reese. She made beautiful quilts for her family and we all have sweet memories of her and we miss her very much.
The following display is from the Raising Kane Quilt Guild and shows the charity quilts made for the skilled nursing center. Also, the stuffed animals and blankets for the hospital to give to children that come through the hospital.
This display shows samples of Canyon Country Quilt Guild's many project made this year. It also showed many of the quilt tops that have been made for the Veteran's Home in Ivans.
The wall hanging viewer's choice quilt winner was made by Nanelle Robinson.

Fred Chappel went above and beyond the duties of a quilter's husband by his willingness to make new stands for the quilts and also with the set up and take down of the show. Thank you Fred!
This is just a small sample of the many, many gorgeous quilts in the show this year. Thanks to everyone involved for all the effort and hard work.
