The purpose of this organization shall be to:
Encourage, promote and preserve the art of quiltmaking in Southern Utah and Northern Arizona.
Preserve and continue the traditions, culture, and history of quilting.
Promote fellowship among persons interested in all aspects of quilting.
Contribute knowledge of and to promote the appreciation of fine quilting.
Sponsor and support quilting activities.
Encourage quilt making and collecting.
Contribute to the growth and knowledge of quilting techniques, textiles, patterns and quilt makers through educational meetings.
